Rayyan Cooled Multi-Span Greenhouse

Structure: • The arches are made of galvanized pipes with a diameter of 60 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm. • The columns are made of galvanized metal tubes with dimensions 80 mm × 80 mm and a thickness of 2 mm. • The crop supports are galvanized pipes with a diameter of 32 mm, with 32 mm diameter support braces to ensure high stability and strength. • The purlins are galvanized iron pipes with a diameter of 32 mm, connecting the arches to reinforce and increase their strength. • The gutter is made of galvanized iron with a thickness of 2 mm. Roof and Side Covering: • The greenhouse is covered with UV-treated plastic, 200 microns thick, except for the front, rear, and side facades, which are covered with fiberglass or polycarbonate material. • The entire greenhouse can be covered with fiberglass or polycarbonate material. Doors: • Made of aluminum and consist of two parts that can be detached to facilitate movement of agricultural machinery. • The greenhouse can be equipped with a sterilization room. Heating and Cooling System: The cooling system consists of: • Exhaust fans. • Cooling cells along the entire back side. • Cooling troughs made of aluminum with a thickness of 1.5 mm. • Air distribution fans. • The greenhouse can also be equipped with high-efficiency heating systems specifically designed for agricultural greenhouses. Electrical Panel: • The greenhouse is equipped with an electrical panel and thermostat devices (thermal controllers) to control the cooling system and any other systems (heating, shading or irrigation)
